Amy Biehl Community School Third graders from Brenda Dominguez's Amy Biehl Community School made bookmarks and hosted a raffle to raise funds for Animal Protection of New Mexico's Chimps-to-Sanctuary campaign. See their photos here.
Alicia Page, Ashley Page and Kolene Winn High school students from Moriarty, New Mexico, created an award-winning documentary about the Alamogordo chimpanzees for their National History Day project. Check back for updates on when you can view their film "Concrete Jungle: the Chimpanzees of Alamogordo." Watch their video recognition receiving the Youth Milagro Award from Animal Protection of New Mexico.
Brandon Wood Brandon created the blog Make a Chimp Smile! to support chimps already in sanctuary and work for the passage of the Great Ape Protection and Cost Savings Act.
